Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing knowledgeable guidance on bicycles, gear, and accessories.
- Listen closely to rider needs and recommend tailored solutions that enhance their cycling experience.
- Ensure the sales floor is inviting, well-organized, and showcases our products beautifully.
- Support stock management, including receiving, assembling, and replenishing inventory.
- Handle sales transactions smoothly and accurately through our POS system.
- Keep pace with the latest in cycling technology, trends, and brand promotions.
- Contribute to team sales goals and help foster a culture of outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in the bicycle industry—sales, assembly, and technical knowledge are essential.
- Genuine enthusiasm for cycling and strong familiarity with bikes and related products.
- Outstanding communication and people skills—you love connecting with others.
- Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours as part of a retail team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a valuable advantage.
