We are seeking reliable and customer-focused TV Delivery Drivers to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and professional delivery of our products, ensuring every customer receives their order in perfect condition and enjoys a seamless setup experience. You will work closely with our delivery team to manage orders from pickup to installation, providing outstanding service that reflects the PRISM+ brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and deliver TVs and other electronic items to residential and business customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Review delivery orders before and after dispatch to confirm accuracy, completeness, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with loading and unloading products from delivery vehicles with care.
- Deliver exceptional customer service—answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Adhere to assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure prompt and reliable service.
- Comply with all traffic and transportation laws while maintaining a clean and safe driving record.
- Complete necessary delivery documentation, including reports and proof-of-delivery records.
- Perform basic TV setup for customers, including tabletop placement, fixed wall mounting, and swivel wall mounting as required.
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
- Proven experience and comfort driving a 10-foot Lorry/Van.
- Available to work 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday).
- Previous experience in TV installation, handyman services, or technical setup is a strong advantage.
- Physically capable of walking, driving, lifting, and carrying heavy items safely.
- Strong time management skills and a commitment to punctuality.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
